Booking & Pricing
How do I request a quote?
You can request a free, no-obligation quote by filling out our online form or calling (973) 555-1234. Provide your pickup location, destination, date, passenger count, and any special requirements. We respond within 30 minutes during business hours with a personalized quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead for standard trips and 4-8 weeks for peak season (May through October), holidays, and large events. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on fleet availability—call us to check.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the booking type. Wedding and event transportation cancellation terms are outlined in your contract.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, larger groups receive better per-person rates. Groups of 30 or more typically see 15-20% savings compared to booking individual transportation. We also offer volume discounts for recurring bookings and corporate accounts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, corporate checks, purchase orders from established accounts, and ACH bank transfers for corporate clients. Payment is typically due at the time of booking, with the balance due before the trip date.
Are tolls and fuel included in the price?
Yes, our quotes are all-inclusive. Tolls, fuel, parking, and driver compensation are included in the flat rate. There are no hidden fees or surprise surcharges after your trip. The only additional cost is driver gratuity, which is at your discretion.
Vehicles & Safety
What types of vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet includes Mercedes Sprinter vans (8-14 passengers), mini buses (20-28 passengers), mini coaches (30-40 passengers), and full-size motorcoaches (47-56 passengers). Each vehicle type is available with different amenity packages including WiFi, power outlets, restrooms, and premium seating.
Are your vehicles DOT compliant?
Every vehicle in our fleet meets or exceeds DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) safety standards. We conduct quarterly safety inspections beyond what regulations require and maintain comprehensive maintenance records for every vehicle.
Do your vehicles have seatbelts?
Yes, all of our charter vehicles are equipped with three-point seatbelts at every seat. This is especially important for school transportation, but we maintain seatbelts across our entire fleet regardless of trip type.
Are your vehicles ADA accessible?
We have ADA-compliant vehicles with wheelchair lifts and securement systems available upon request. Please let us know about any accessibility requirements when booking so we can assign the appropriate vehicle.
What amenities are available on the bus?
Standard amenities include climate control, reclining seats, and overhead storage. Most vehicles also include WiFi, power outlets at every seat, PA systems, and DVD/entertainment systems. Full-size motorcoaches feature onboard restrooms and under-bus luggage compartments.
What insurance do you carry?
We maintain $5 million in commercial liability insurance on every vehicle in our fleet. We provide certificates of insurance upon request for school districts, corporate clients, event venues, and any organization that requires proof of coverage.
Drivers & Service
Are your drivers background-checked?
Yes, every driver passes FBI fingerprint background checks, state-level criminal history reviews, and DOT drug and alcohol screening before being assigned to any trip. We re-screen drivers annually and maintain zero tolerance for any safety violations.
Do your drivers have CDL licenses?
All of our drivers hold valid Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDL) with passenger endorsements. They undergo regular training on vehicle safety, passenger service, and defensive driving techniques specific to the vehicles they operate.
Can I request the same driver for recurring trips?
Yes, for corporate accounts and recurring bookings, we assign consistent drivers who learn your route, your team, and your preferences. Driver continuity is one of the benefits our regular clients value most.
What happens if the bus breaks down?
In the rare event of a mechanical issue, our dispatch team immediately deploys a backup vehicle from our local fleet. We maintain emergency response protocols and backup vehicles positioned to reach any location in our service area within 45 minutes.
Airport Transportation
What airports do you serve?
We provide shuttle service to JFK International (JFK), Newark Liberty International (EWR), LaGuardia (LGA), Teterboro (TEB), Philadelphia International (PHL), and Westchester County Airport (HPN). EWR is our most frequently served airport due to its proximity to our North Jersey base.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes, we monitor every arriving flight in real time using FAA flight data. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver's schedule adjusts automatically. You don't need to call us—we'll be there when you land.
What if my flight is significantly delayed?
Your driver adjusts automatically based on real-time flight data. There's no additional charge for flight delays up to 2 hours. For delays beyond 2 hours, we reschedule your pickup at no extra cost.
Do you offer shared and private airport shuttles?
Yes, our shared shuttle option pairs you with other travelers heading to the same airport, keeping costs low at $35-45 per person. Private shuttles give you a dedicated vehicle with no additional stops, starting at $95 for sedans.
Can I book a round-trip airport shuttle?
Absolutely. Round-trip airport bookings receive a 10-15% discount compared to booking two separate one-way trips. We coordinate departure and return timing based on your flight schedule.
Service Areas & Coverage
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of North New Jersey including Passaic, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union, and Morris Counties, plus all five boroughs of New York City. We also handle long-distance trips throughout the Northeast corridor including Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Washington D.C.
Can you pick up from multiple locations?
Yes, multi-point pickups are one of our most common booking types. We design routes that collect passengers from different addresses, hotels, or transit stations and converge at the destination. This is especially popular for wedding guest shuttles, corporate events, and group outings.
Do you travel to states outside NJ and NY?
Yes, we're permitted for interstate travel across the Eastern Seaboard. We regularly run trips to Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington D.C. Multi-day out-of-state trips include driver accommodations.
Can you set up a recurring shuttle route?
Yes, recurring shuttles are one of our core services. We design custom routes with fixed schedules for daily, weekly, or seasonal operation. Corporate employee shuttles, hotel guest shuttles, and campus connectors are common recurring programs.

Do you provide wedding transportation?
Yes, we offer comprehensive wedding transportation including bridal party vehicles, guest shuttles between hotels and venues, ceremony-to-reception transfers, and late-night return service. Our wedding coordinator works with your planner to create a seamless transportation timeline.
Can you handle corporate event transportation?
Absolutely. We coordinate multi-vehicle event transportation for conferences, galas, product launches, and corporate outings. Services include airport transfers for out-of-town guests, hotel-to-venue shuttles, and on-site transportation coordination.
Do you provide on-site transportation coordinators?
For events with 100 or more guests or complex logistics, we assign a dedicated on-site coordinator who manages all transportation operations during your event, communicating with your event team and our drivers in real time.
Can you create custom signage for our event?
Yes, we provide custom vehicle signage including branded window cards, A-frame signs at pickup points, and driver-held signs for VIP pickups. We also offer full vehicle wraps for hotel shuttle programs and corporate branding.
